You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

For Used or NOS parts, please make sure that what you are ordering is correct, If a part is received that is not what you ordered, we are happy to get collected at our own cost, if a part received is incorrect due to the customer, or is no longer required, we can arrange a collection, but this together with a 20% handling fee will be deducted from the nett invoice total

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We have very few products that have restrictions, so international destinations are not a problem.

When you place an order as soon as you enter your postcode/Zip Code you will see a shipping quote, in most cases you will have a choice of Couriers and delivery times. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

For Orders to UK and the EU, we have a weight limit of 30kg per box, for order outside the EU which would use Air Freight we are bound to use Volumetric Calculations.

This is were rather than the overall weight is used to price the shipping, the airlines charge Length x Width x Heigh then Divide by 5000, whichever is the higher the actual weight or the calculation is what is charged.

An example of this is a Plastic Mudguard, whilst it may only weight 1kg, it would fit in a box 60 x 50 x 50, if you calculate as above, then the Shipping weight charge is based on 30kg.

To make any value of this its best to fit more items in the box, as for the example above you have free shipping on items up to 30kg.

We always make sure that we pack as small as possible without compromising were damage could be caused by reduced packing.
